Lower tg fats: First, avoid all saturated fats - mammal and poultry fats. Minimize sugars, breads, muffins, refined carbs. Veg fats are unsaturated and healthy. Then, add Krill Omega 3. Aim for 2000 mg per day.

Fish oil, Niacin: and Fibrates are the best to lower your triglycerides. My personal favorite is FISH OIL - since it has good evidence that it will reduce your risk for fatal heart attack or stroke
