Prob musculoskeletal: Sounds like a musculoskeletal 'trigger point'. I recommend heat and lying on a tennis ball to massage out area and see how that helps. Take care!

There is a certain spot on her back which seems to spread the pain triggered by no specific movements. This pain can become unbearable at random moment. We've been to multiple hospitals and have had several scans and councils but to no avail.
