Shoulder pain.: Probably not. Of course, cardiac chest pain is always in the back of your mind, you always want to rule it out. History of the pain can also help to determine the cause. If you had a fall, your job is physical and repetitive, or you just finished cleaning up you garage...., then it is more likely to be musculoskeletal.
