Bowel frequency: Normal bowel frequency varies from person to person. What's constipation to one person might be considered diarrhea to someone else. From healthcare perspective, we're more concerned about changes in bowel habits & frequencies. If your stool is consistently fluffy, ragged & mushy (bristol type 6: http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/bristol_stool_scale), then you're normal as long as no pain or weightless.
