Possible infection: Sounds like a bladder infection. If pain is persisting, it is best to be seen by a doctor. They will order a urine analysis and possibly other tests based on your symptoms and exam.

Need exam: Impossible to give a dx with the symptoms you have listed. But you need to insure that there is not a urinary tract infection present. This can be done with a UA and visit. Also although the "stomach pain" is unusual for a urinary infection, other etiologies can be considered and ruled out with a health care provider visit.
