Viral? STD?: These symptoms don't go together very well. Painful urination in a male and "penile inflammation" usually are due to STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, or maybe herpes if "inflamed" means blisters/sores) -- of course depending on STD risk, e.g. new relationship, other partners, etc. None of these usually cause nausea or stomach pain. If any of these symptoms are continuing, he should see a doctor.
