Presumably your UTI was professionally diagnosed and treated with antibiotics, yes? If not, see a doctor ASAP even though you're somewhat better. UTI rarely causes "stomach" pain, and you're at the peak age for risk of STI which can cause UTI like symptoms but stomach pain suggests Fallopian tube infection (PID). Discuss with your doctor, or see a doctor now if you've been treating yourself.
