Atrophy: testicular atrophy secondary to bacterial orchitis could lead to depletion of all cell in the testicle and could lead to sterility and hypogonadism if both testicles are involved a man can perform sexually very well and be fertile with one healthy testicle so which cell are injured during orchitis that led to atrophy is not as important as the function of the other testicle if the process unilater
