Condition: You may have a condition called vasomotor rhinits- which will cause constant nasal discharge. Obviously, nasal allergies ( allergic rhinitis ) may also be the cause. I recommend OTC Zyrtec 1/day for 2 weeks and if not improved, an allergic medical consultation.
