Heel Blister: the blister is obviously from your shoes rubbing on your heel, either from ill fitting shoes or socks. You must protect the heel to continue walking. It is best not to remove the skin overlying the blister as it acts as a sterile covering. You can place moleskin around the blister to protect it. I suspect however because of where it is that you are going to have to let it heal to continue.
