What is the best way to treat a blister? i have one on each of my big toes and they are very painful when i walk! also how to prevent blisters?

Carefully: Take a needle or a pin and clean the tip with alcohol. Then make a small hole in the roof of the blister. Press on the blister gently so the fluid will come out, but do not list the roof off since it will serve as a human bandaid. To prevent blisters make sure your shoes are not too small.
