'Lump': It is difficult to discern what type of 'lump' you have. There are soft tissue lesions and tumors, bone lesions and tumors, and then there are contracted joints and foot deformities that appear as 'lumps' against the skin (like bunions and hammertoes). There is really not enough information here to help you with a diagnosis. I suggest you see a medical professional for better evaluation.
