Painless lump on top of toe has got bigger each year , had for 10+ years ?

'Lump': It is difficult to discern what type of 'lump' you have. There are soft tissue lesions and tumors, bone lesions and tumors, and then there are contracted joints and foot deformities that appear as 'lumps' against the skin (like bunions and hammertoes).
