Possible Neuroma: This sounds like a neuroma or a plantar fibroma. It is not knowable in this format but if it is one of these they are not cancerous. Liniments with avoiding any tip toes, tight forfoot shoes or squatting have helped many people. Sometimes a steroid injection relieves the symptoms and some have to be addressed surgically.

See a doctor: Could just be inflammation, or could be fibromas or metatarsalgia from all of the self induced trauma. Needs a workup by a doctor.
