Infection: 1)assuming discharge is from the genital then it can be from an STD such as trichomona, specially it is a foul smelling discharge 2) recurrent boils can be from staphylococcus aureus specially if is resistant to methicillin ( MRSA) or colonized with MRSA 3) there are people who have a defect in producing immunoglobulin to fight infections thus reccurrent infections . See a doc for evaluation
