Yes!: While sinus infections can be associated with green/yellow nasal drainage, you can have a sinus infection with no apparent drainage. It may be too "locked in" - or it may be draining down the back of the throat as "post nasal drip." getting the sinuses to drain with saline sprays or a nettie pot can help, as can medications to loosen the drainage. Pressure in the face or upper teeth are common.
