See below: Pls see your dr, you need a pelvic exam . Your dr will determine what kind of medication to be given after the exam. Fishy odor may mean bacterial vaginosis , Metronidazole is the antibiotic of choice. Pelvic inflammatory disease will need to be ruled out. Get checked as early as possible. Good luck.
