Get exammined: The pain and vaginal discharge may not be associated. You should see your gynecologist. Rlq pain may be associated with an ovarian cyst, swollen fallopian tube, adhesions, appendicitis, endometriosis. The vaginal discharge is most likely due to chronic inflammation of the cervix.
