My hcg levels have been slowly increasing over a week. on wed they were 18 friday 31.9 monday 73 and wed 114. i do believe i am 3-4 weeks. is this normal? my ob is saying that this will be a bad pregnancy.

No: The levels are expected to rise faster in a normal pregnancy at least doubling every 3 days. This is definitely worrisome. Of course there is always the possibility of lab error and, unless you are having other symptoms, I'd advise just watching it a little while longer. Best wishes.
