Possible: The best use of your HCG level is to follow & see if a viable pregnancy is forming. At 11, 000.0 - a fetal pole should be visible on ultrasound exam. A normal pregnancy should also have increasing titers & usually doubles every 48 hours early in pregnancy. Spotting is common early in pregnancy & until the above is done, we can't say if your pregnancy is viable or not. Good luck.
