A doctor has provided 1 answer

ANA: ANA is an antibody test used to help diagnose a variety of autoimmune diseases (body produces antibodies against its own tissues). It can be a difficult test to analyze on its own, particularly if tests for specific antibodies are negative; analysis would depend on reason for it to have been checked, other labs/studies etc.Positive ANA (lower than that, though) can even happen in absence of disease.
