I agree that this is a high titer raising suspicion of an autoimmune disorder. These tests aren't diagnostic of autoimmune disorders on their own. The clinical findings are the primary measures with ANA only ancillary findings supporting the diagnosis. Other tests can be done. If you're not satisfied with the diagnosis of fibromyalgia, seek a second opinion from another rheumatologist.
