Chronic fatigue: This is one of the most frequent complaints doctors hear. The first thing to exclude is depression, but you may have some form of sleep disturbance like apnea, may have a mononucleosis-like syndrome (Toxoplasmosis, CMV, etc.). You indicate that you are HIV infected but do not give your CD4 count or viral load. You should discuss this at length with your treating doctor. Good luck and best wishes.
