Hi i was diagnosed with mono 3 weeks ago and am feeling a lot better. i am wondering when its okay to drink alcohol in moderation safely again?

It has the tendency in most to cause inflammation of the liver, which will self heal over time but to your question.The liver must detoxify the alcohol you consume. In some patients it takes months before their liver heals. You might want to try it slow for a while.
