Normal to still have pain with a slow to heal (17 wks), but says doctor, practically healed (no xray check), met stress fracture? scared to walk on it

Check X-ray : Is Important to get an X-ray and if everything still normal and the pin is still present a MRI then should be indicated. Someone this diagnostic tools are important to determine if there is anything missing that could be causing the pain.
