Recently stomach upset/gas, thin and little stools if any (after lunch). 1 bowel movement every morning after drinks - stools look ok. this serious?

No, maybe: The stooling doesn't seem serious unless you're also seeing blood, but you could probably use more dietary fiber. The gas doesn't seem serious, unless it's been getting worse & you're having pain. If so, see a clinician for evaluation. Taking OTC ranitidine might benefit. Hope that helps.

Also, Splenda (sucralose) and sorbitol (gummy or jelly candles) can cause gas, bloating, pain and change in stooling. Stop them. Aspartame and saccharin are artificial sweeteners that don't cause GI symptoms in the vast majority of folks.
