A member asked:

If u are allergic to gluten, and only have a little , will u only have little reaction or same as injesting a lot ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Allergic response: to Gluten wildly varies from severe to almost none. Experiment. Don't eat it for two weeks, and then have a little and wait. No reaction? Wait another week and then have some for two nights in a row. Reaction? You are testing for tolerance over time. I can eat Gluten one night and have no reaction the next day. When I eat it two nights in a row, I react. Everybody is different.
