Not due to sinusitis: One would not expect sinusitis to cause enlargement of axillary lymph node. But 0.5 cm is not very enlarged. If you don't feel sick, do nothing about it (unless it grows quickly) for a week to see if it resolves spontaneously.

Normal finding: 0.5 cm axillary lymph nodes are within normal for size and not enlarged.
