Not necessarily: The ability to be hypnotized is related to being willing and able to surrender your will and trust the hypnotist. The ability to do neuro-feedback involves following directions and focusing attention but does not require trusting someone else. Thus, one who can not be hypnotized might still be successful with neuro-feedback.
