Avoid straining: Hemorrhoids per se should not prevent exercise but exercises that generate straining or increased abdominal pressure like heavy lifting may aggravate hemorrhoids. Bike riding may exacerbate hemorrhoids or their symptoms. Yoga, dance, running or walking shouldn't affect much though recital itching may be worsened if hemorrhoids are prolapsed &/or inflamed.
