Need a consult: If your medication is not working you might want to consult a Neurologist for more detailed evaluation and recommendation of other medical modalities that will be effective. If not already done, you may need imaging, LP , allergy testing, and labs for conditions that can cause headaches. I am assuming you do get enough fluids and are not dehydrated and have had an eye exam.

Chronic daily: headache could be actually 2/2 a rebound effect from taking pain medication too often, even over the counter pain medications, more than 3 days a wk or 9 days a month. Make sure you are not taking too much pain medication, not drinking a lot of caffeinated drinks, sleep enough, control ur anxiety or depression if any, make sure u don't have sleep apnea, also if u r overweight, try to lose weight
