Yes: Advil (ibuprofen) can be taken up to 4x a day as needed for pain. Watch out for GU adverse effects

No issue: But your dose of amitriptyline is really too low to prevent headaches, and you will need to slowly increase, to tolerate the forthcoming side effects, but the benefits will be best noted at 150 mg daily, or higher.
