Unclear: The knot may be a venous clot or a node. this needs checked out by your doctor. I hope your blood sugar has been treated as this is most likely a dx of diabetes although this is not mentioned. YOu need immediate medical care.

Epitrochlear node: Could be an enlarged lymph node. When they occur in this location it's nearly always significant. Your Primary Care should check you for other enlarged nodes and help you obtain better control of your blood sugar. Schedule a visit ASAP. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Blood sugar high: If you have a tender lump and high blood sugar it may be caused by an infection. Either way with that high blood sugar it is best that you seek medical attention promptly.
