A member asked:

Why do i experience pins and needles from my thighs to toes within 15-30 seconds of sitting on the toilet, but not when sitting on any other surface?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tingling: the nerve in the back of your leg is being pinched by the toilet seat causing the tingling sensation. The classic "foot going to sleep". That is why it goes away as soon as you get up.
