Food w/ malic acid: Examples are: apples, celery, carrots, oranges and pineapples and strawberries. However, the better method is "in office" professional teeth whitening followed by home system with custom trays for the long term effect. You will be very happy with the results.

Whitening foods?: No food actually whitens teeth although any abrasive food such as apples can help keep the tooth cleaner and possibly remove light stain from the surface of teeth. So I guess one could say some foods may removed surface stain and make teeth look whiter. In order to truly whiten teeth internally, one has to use any number of tooth whitening products, either OTC or preferably offered by dentists.
