Not a best: There is not a best, just different options... Zoom whitening has been tried and true for a long time. Sapphire whitening is a great product, and there are many others. Laser whitening is still used by some dentists.

Various: There is no "best " whitening product. There are many professional products that your dentist uses that are much better then the over the counter products. Best to speak to your dentist for recommendation for the one that is best for your particular situation.

Personal preference: I have been doing this for 23 years. The one my patients like the most is lumibrite by denmat. The 32% solution requires wearing the trays for only 3 minutes. I use htis myself. Good luck.
