Posttraumatic injury: You are suffering from a post-traumatic headache because of the blow to your temple. You didn't give me enough information to know whether or not your incident could qualify as a concussion. That depends mainly upon just how dazed or unconscious you were. My best guess is that you didn't suffer a concussion but if you also get any nausea/vomiting or feel sleepy in any way you should get to an ER
