Go to hospital: First call the police and file a police report then go to the hospital to get checked out. You might also want to get a restraining order against this person.

See an MD!: Hopefully, you got medical attention soon afterwards. If not, depending on the severity of the injury, you might need a ct of the head just to make sure there are no fractures or hemorrhages. Alternatively, it could have been a concussion. You should definitely not ignore this.
