Any history of head…: injury recently? what part of head hurts? any meds, supplements, recreational drugs? diabetic? fever? nasal discharge? vision changes? If ice & pain med (ibuprofen/naprosyn/etc) don't relieve symptoms, see FP for further evaluation. If pain becomes excruciating or start vomiting, have friend take you to ER.
