Epistaxis : Is nose bleed. It can happen with nasal allergies(running nose, sneezing, or itchiness), dryness in nose , getting hit on nose (sneezing is a way of getting hit in nose- lots of force when sneezing). This cause capillaries to bleed. Take zyrtec, apply vaseline inside nose. Hope it helps.

Nose bleed reasons: : nasal congestion or dryness, ^ blood pressure, excessive decongestant use, high altitudes, trauma to nose, nose picking, or blowing the nose hard. Bacterial & viral infections can ^ risk as well as bleeding disorders. Recurrent nose bleeds may be due to broken vessels. Alcohol / cocaine abuse can cause nose bleeds, as can tumors.
