Nose bleed: The most common cause of nose bleed is from dryness of the lining tissues inside the nose. Sometimes, it's so dry that the nose forms large crusts. If you get these large crusts, they can cause itching of the nose. While you sleep, you might rub you nose, unknowingly, and the crust could cause bleeding. Keep the nose moist. Use saline. Use a humidifier. Apply a little vaseline inside, too.
