Tattoo: Hello, the skin adjacent the tattoo may be showing irritation from the tattoo placement. It could also be a reaction to tape, ointment or from the ink itself. I would return to your tattoo artist to show him/her. They may have seen this multiple times. Also a trip to see your family doctor may be helpful too.
