Resistant migraines: Maxalt (rizatriptan) should work during PMS, but sometimes headaches are harder to treat during this time. Many people find it helpful to use ibuprofen and maxalt (rizatriptan) at the same time. Hope that helps. http://www.neurocuro.com/migraine-headache/
