Hyperthyroid : Hyperthyroidism itself does not affect your voice. However, if your gland is enlarged and compresses the recurrent laryngeal nerve( the nerve that supplies function to the vocal cords), you could actually have vocal cord paresis(weakness) or paralysis( immobile vocal cord) that affects your voice. See an ENT to do laryngoscopy.
