i have a inflammation of my upper left eyelid where it is puffy but not painful, and there's no signs of a style, what could this be? how can it heal

Chalazion: It could be a remnant of stye called chalazion. These could go away with time but if there is concern seeing an Ophthalmologist would be prudent. Good luck
