Poked in the eye. small red spot on sclera and bubble like inflammation. minor discomfort. what can i do to heal?

Time: If your vision is unaffected (not blurred, double, etc) this is most likely a hemorrhage from one of the small vessels in or under the membrane (conjunctiva) over the white of the eye. It should resolve by itself over the next couple of weeks. It does not require treatment.
