I have had constant heavy bleeding for 4 months, non-stop. i had vaginal ultrasound showing unusually thick uterine lining. what could it be?

Depends on age : Depending on thick and what your age is usually helps in coming to what it could be. The endometrium thickens because of hypertrophy. Polyps can do that as well. And yes so would endometrial cancer. Sometimes other studies are needed but above all else speak to your doctor
