Could be several: Things. Please consult with your dentist or an oral surgeon for an exam to check this bump. The most common pink/red cheek bump is called a fibroma which is not cancer. Trauma may have caused this "scar like" bump. However, you really need to have this looked at to make sure it is nothing to worry about or if it needs to be removed and/or biopsied.

Doubtful.: How large is the bump? How long is it there? Is it changing size or shape? Is there an indentation in the middle of it? You cannot expect an answer with such a poor description.

Not cancer: It is likely a mucus cyst due to trauma to the cheek. See your dentist or your doctor at your convenience.
