Nothing: Your liver is better than normal or you are very well hydrated. Interestingly very low numbers can also be seen in advanced stages of liver disease which you obviously do not have.

Repeat labs: Could be malnutrition, liver cirrhosis, dialysis, or even liver cancer. Personally, I would first have them repeated because lab errors and switched specimens do occur. In the last 20 some odd years, I've seen 3 episodes as significant as leukemia and hiv switched specimens, not a good thing. If the repeat is low, consider imaging the liver.
