Need work up : Elevated liver enzymes should be repeated off alcohol and any meds that are not essential. If still up, you need to be tested for hepatitis B and C, hemochromatosis, Wilson's, and autoimmune hepatitis. Your liver might actually just be asking you for more exercise. Best wishes.
