Blood work results: mch 35.5, bilirubin mg/dl 2.5, alk phos 154, ast 44, alt 30, plt 91. all other numbers were within normal range. is this ok and what does it mean? thanks!

Hard to guess: Numbers are just numbers, with little meaning unless a doctor takes in the whole picture of what's going on with his patient. If the patient's result numbers are slightly lower or slightly higher than the reference range, the ordering doctor may or may not consider the results a problem, depending on the patient's historical and current illnesses, and his exercise activities.
